Alice Fazooli’s Restaurant in the Entertainment District is gone

While walking in the Entertainment District, I noticed that the building that housed the popular Alice Fazooli’s Restaurant at 290 Adelaide Street West is being demolished. The site will become a condominium named the “Bond.”

Photo of the restaurant on Adelaide Street, taken on 6 October 2012. The facade of Fazooli’s remains recognizable behind the fencing. The interior of the restaurant has already been demolished.

The sign for Fazooli’s that faces Adelaide Street will soon disappear forever.

This photo looks at Fazooli’s from the west side, near John Street. On the left-hand side of the photo is Adelaide Street.
