Remember those hot days in August of 2012? Were you among those who spent one of those days of late summer at the CNE grounds? The Toronto Star has reported that the paid attendance for the 18-day CNE of 2012 was 1.3 million, 13 per cent higher than the previous year. Despite the complaints that some Torontonians express about the fair, which is Canada’s largest, it must be doing many things right to attract such a crowd.
